Well, I'm satisfied . . . happy even!!! I wouldn't have picked Asia'h yet but I'm very happy to see the other three go. And I will tell ya', they scared me with Michael Johns. By the time they called his name, they hadn't let go of any of the guys and they were "overdue". Yikes!!! . . . I was talking to the TV loudly (not exactly yelling) . . . Not Him!!!!

I am glad Kristy Cook is still there, I loved what she did with that Journey song. John likes Jason with the dreadlocks. I think Ramiele should have went before Asia. I liked Asia. She is very pretty too. I missed the begining with Blake singing, how was he?

I definitely don't like Ramiele. I can't put my finger on it, but I really can't stand watching her perform. I think she should have gone home last night in stead of Asia.
Blake was eh... I'm a huge Blake Lewis fan, love his album, but it was really just mediocre I thought. He looked great though and his dancing was awesome, as usual. I thought he was really off key. I love the song he did though, one of my favorites on the album.

I wasn't able to watch the other night but I dvr'd it so I just viewed it.
Blake's new song sounds pretty good. The sound system seemed kind of off though, his mic or something, or maybe it was just me? But I was thinking it might have been a stronger overall if the sound was better.
I'm happy with the final guys. I liked Danny and Luke, but I just like the other guys better. Yay Michael Johns is still in there, I was thinking his age might not get him him the votes from the younger audience members.
The girls, I'm still eh about. I am wondering if the rest of America is confused right along with us

It was kind of strange the two that were voted off.

Yeah, Kristy sucked last night and I think she'll probably go home tonight because of it. I hope Chikezie keeps rockin' out southern style like that. That was really cool. I think that may have possibly been the best Idol performance ever. I think the only other one that ever blew me away like that was Constantine Mouralis' Bohemian Rhapsody.

Agreed . . . Chikezie's performance was one of the bests I've ever seen. I liked him OK before but he moved up
my list last night. I hope it wasn't a fluke and he keeps it up. . . although, the stylists need to help him out, I don't thing the green argyle sweater vest was the thing to wear for that song.
I would prefer Ramiele to go but I don't think she will. Her singing was pretty good . . . it was just "too safe" if you know what I mean. I just don't care for her personally.
I thought the worst performance was Kristy. I think she has the best chance of going. I hated that countrified version.
David Archuleta didn't have too good of a night, did he? I don't think he'll win. He just doesn't have enough style . . . yet. Did you guys see that he is the only "teenager" left. And now that the other 6 "teens" have been eliminated, he just stands out as even younger/more immature . . . but he will probably garner all the teeny-bopper and grandmother votes.
My top four (in no particualr order) . . . Carly, Brooke, Jason and Chikezie (based on last night . . . he better keep it up, though, or I'll drop him like a hot potato!!

I don't know who got kicked off tonight, but I didn't think the performances last night were very good overall.
I did like Michael's actually, and Syesha's (sp?). David Cook's was great, but so much like all the others he has done.

Last night when I went to bed, I realized nobody had posted about the Tuesday night performances. Maybe David Archuletta got rave reviews just because he did so poorly the week before. I would have to agree that overall there were no great performances.
Julie, the three in the bottom were Amanda, Kristy, and Carly (

) and Amanda was the one sent home. That was alright by me. I wan't an Amanda fan. I didn't see her performance on Tuesday. We turned it on in time to see her critique and they were all over her. If it was anything like her "final" performance last night, then she really did deserve to go.
I don't think they should have done back-to-back Lennon/McCartney/Beatles stuff. They had (for the most part) such a good first week, that they were destined to not be able to repeat.

As much as I don't like Ramiele (seems like a whiner to me), I don't think she's too bad of a singer. I don't think she'll make it to the top six though. I really thought Kristy was going to go . . . 9 lives, that one.
