Tosted Muesli
INGREDIENTS

* 300g Gluten free Oats
* 125ml Apple Juice
* 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
* 80g Raw Almonds
* 125g Sunflower Seeds
* 60g Sesame Seeds
* 50g Flaked Coconuts
* 125g Dried Blueberries

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (315°F/Gas 2-3).
2. Place all the ingredients, except for the dried blueberries, in a large bowl and stir well to combine.
3. Spread the mixture evenly over a large baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
4. Remove from the oven,allow to cool then add the blueberries. (If you can't get dried blueberries, use currants or sultanas or a mixture of both).

Serve it with milk or yogurt


Measurements are a bit different than U.S. typical measurements as it came from Sweden. I wish I could try it but gluten-free oats give me a similar reaction as gluten but I thought I would share.
