Icing Ingredients:
1 pk. softened cream cheese
1 container softened Cool Whip
Directions:
Beat together on low/medium until well blended. (Both ingredients must be soft enough to blend easily for icing consistency). Whaa laa...icing!
*You can top cake or cupcakes with coconut, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc. This is REALLY good.
