Okay so I am taking the advice given, and am going to cut out the dairy and soy from my diet in hopes that I will heal faster, and better. but before I do I am totally going to eat like 2 blocks of cheese. biggrin.gif well maybe just a 1/2.....It is going to be so hard, cheese is my favorite food. I LOVE IT. and to have to not eat it for months on end is really going to test my will power. wish me luck!!

Good luck! Life without cheese is less tragic than you might think. biggrin.gif

I was vegetarian for years, and considered going vegan but couldnt imagine giving up cheese! However, this time, when i was still eating meat, giving up all wheat and all dairy at the same time ended up not being so hard after all. I just made sure to eat a lot of other foods I really love as treats instead of cheese, like almond butter and dairy-free chocolate. Be careful tho, the cheese subs are nasty (I only use small amounts for flavor, like a little in a taco), and most actually have dairy in them

YOU CAN DO IT!!! tongue.gif
I thought it would be way too hard to cut out cheese too. Milk I could care less about. But it's way easier than you think, especially if you feel better!!

Best wishes!
