Does anyone know if hot weather makes DH worse? My DH started when i was in the caribbean five months ago and im off to Egypt in a couple of weeks. Worried about a big outbreak again!!

YES the heat can affect DH. Try to cool your body down and keep the affected places from getting excessively sweaty (mostly for knees and elbows).

And remember, Egypt is a dry heat, so you may not have any problems...
