I'm in the process of planning a vacation... I started out looking at cruises but then I found some good deals in Aruba.

Has anyone had experience traveling there? Are they accomodating to gluten free diets? I did read where the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort is accomodating but that is all I know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
