WE ARE MAKING ONE TODAY! I kept my daughter home from school today as they are making gingerbread houses in school. So we are doing it here at home!

I bought The Gluten Free Pantry's "spice cake/ Gingerbread" mix. On their website:

Then we printed out house plans from who else but a proffessional?! Bob Vila! lol.

That does sound fun! I've tried that mix, but as a spice cake and it's great!...nice and fluffy.

I kept my daughter home last Friday for the same reason. We had a great day, though I wish I'd thought of doing it ahead of time like you did. I hope you had a fun time!
