I've used every bathroom from here to there lately. It feels worse. I know I just started 5 days ago but I'm going twice as much lately.

Is this normal? huh.gif

Yes, it can take some time for your body to heal. The best way to do that quickly is to eat just whole, unprocessed for sure gluten free foods for a bit until your body is healed. Make sure you have checked ALL meds you take, check yourself don't trust your doctor to know. Make sure any supplements you take are gluten free also. Some of us also have an issue with dairy for the first months, have you eliminated that also? Also check all your toiletries and such, gluten can sneak in there. Be aware also of CC issues that may be present.

Thank you! I didn't elimate dairy but it does bother my stomach. I would love to be able to eat it again because butter especially is horrible for me.

I'm making meals that are for sure gluten free with gluten-free products or just basics (chicken, potato, veggies).
