I can't find Jones sausage listed in any of the gluten-free listings... it seems gluten free on the label, with one question: "spices."
Does any one know about this one?

Always check the web site of any product. More and more are putting this info up. And if that fails, call the company. You get faster answers. Here's a paragraph straight from the web site (capital letters are mine).

"At Jones Dairy Farm, we’ve maintained the same commitment to quality since 1889. I've always received great sound advice here, and always appreicate your input especially. Your sound advice, non-nonsense style is great.

Remember that sometimes people here get things wrong and products change.

Things here that come directly form the company, like how Richard quoted them, are really the only things to trust (ubnless you know the person tellinh you it).
