Does anyone use any kind of protein powder? I found a couple recipes using this stuff, but there seem to be dozens of different kinds out there! Are the different kinds interchangeable? Are they presweetened? Flavored? What would be a good, not extraordinarily expensive, one for me to try? And where can I buy it?

I've used both a rice-based protein powder, and a soy-based one (since I avoid dairy). They're both made by MLO (which makes Geni-Soy). I believe Trader Joe's carries they soy variety, but if not, I believe their soy protein powder is also on their gluten-free list.
