I found this great recipe for gluten and yeast-free bread at Bob's Red Mill. This recipe calls for eggs, but you could use egg-replacers (1/4 cup soft-silken tofu per egg or egg replacer by Ener-G). You can make a non-dairy buttermilk by mixing 1 cup soy milk with 1 tsp lemon juice (let sit 5 minutes). It isn't a bread machine recipe, most of those called for yeast.
