I bought a pkg of tofu at the store this week and wanted to try it. Anybody use it? I have not called the company, but I do not see any gluten in the 3 ingredients. I will take even the basic recipes b/c this is a whole new world to me.

I am trying to expand my horizons, be healthy, and make a tasty meal for my family!

Thanks for your input.

Basic? I will give you basic! My 19 monthd old Celiac daughter loves cut up tofu, heated in Miso or Chicken soup broth. My 4 year old enjoys cut up tofu, with wheat free soy sauce poured over it.
That is all I make with the tofu, and they are the kids favorite meals!
Good luck!

The advice I've been given about tofu is to cook it in a recipe with a lot of flavor. Like with potatoes and cauliflower and curry powder, or a stir-fry with chili paste, or something else with a lot of other flavors that the tofu can take on.
