Hey Guys!
Sort of new to this thing.
I was eating a vegetable soup today and didn't even think to read the label.
Wheat in vegetable soup? I thought, no way!
So I had a few bites and realized how stupid I was.
The very last ingredient was wheat.
But now I know the pain will come later.
I was wondering if anyone knows what to do in this case?
I had a little bit of wheat and know I'll get a reaction later but is there anything I can do to lessen the pain later?
Anything that will subside the pain a little?
I could use some help!
Thanks!

you can try some otc pain meds, ginger tea, and eating easy to digest foods, but mostly you just have to wait these things out.

but, it does teach the less to *NEVER* assume *ANYTHING* about foods. *ALWAYS* read the label, EACH AND EVERY TIME.
