I recently dined at "Tantalum" on PCH in Long Beach. The manager, April, has a father-in-law with Celiac, so she knows everything about the diet, AND cross contamination.

I ordered a piece of grilled halibut, with vegetables, and mashed potatoes. it was AMAZING!!! The best meal I've had in months. Also, my appetizer was gluten-free. It was Ahi tuna with avocado. Simple, but delicious. smile.gif

Manager- April
Server - Jo Jo (she was knowledgeable too!)

I HIGHLY recommend it!
