For an appetizer, the chef prepared the "Stuffed Mushrooms" but with a twist- (no bread crumbs obviously)
ONLY:
Mushrooms stuffed with spinach- NOT marinated in their butter sauce (lactose) but in olive oil and something else instead (like pepper, etc.) and topped with proscuitto (spelling?) It was DELICIOUS!
Then for dinner I had the 1/2 order of the "Lemon Pepper and Herb Salmon", prepared gluten-free (the server mentioned chicken stalk and I said to just steer clear of that just in case) and a 22 oz side of spinach- OMG!- but I ate it ALL!
Anyway, it was yummy and also my boyfriend, Tommy, works there and he totally understands the G/F thing so request him if you ever go!
