Hey there,

I'm going to PSL this wknd! I dont know any specifically gluten-free places but i do know i am going to a place in Palm Beach Gardens one night called Seasons 52 - it is supposed to be a "healthy" restaurant so i'm sure they can accommodate. Other than that, i plan on going to Publix and stocking up on snacks, as i'm sure i cant eat anything at the ballparks.

Have fun - i love spring training!

Oh and go mets smile.gif

Try Pizza Fusion in Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach Gardens and two other locations -

Seasons 52 is in Lauderdale too and its great, its at the Galleria which is on Sunrise Blvd, right near the beach. Also at the same mall is a PF Changs and a Capital Grill, I've eaten at all 3 with no problems.

The pizza at pizza Fusion is just ok.

I've had dinner in a lot of places in Lauderdale and most with no problems at all. 3030 which is in the Harbor Beach Marriott on the beach is fantastic and they understand gluten well. The Catalina is cuban on Federal Hwy is excellent and when I was there in January the manager listened to what I needed and said let me bring you a tasting of my choice tonight, wow we got about 10 small dishes, each one better then the last. Flemings on Los Olas was easy. Chima is brazillian and fab. Johnny V's on Los Olas is excellent. Canyon on Sunrise is southwestern.

Most of these are more on the expensive side but all wonderful.

We ate at Smoky Bones on Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale successfully. Good prices too.
We also ate at Pizza Fusion. My daughter loved that she could actually have a restaurant pizza. It was pretty expensive, but worth it for her.

Do NOT eat at Outback Steakhouse, Federal Highway and 62nd Street, Fort Lauderdale They did not know what they were doing and my daughter was glutened there, without a doubt, on a trip a while ago.
