Hi All,

I am looking for the BEST, the most authentic waffle recipe available. Any responses would be very much appreciated. Please indicate if the batter is suitable for Belgium Waffle makers.

I make waffles about 3-4 times per month (freeze what's left for weekday mornings). I've tried several recipes, but I think our favorite is just using Pamela's Baking Mix and the recipe on the package. I add a little salt, sugar, and cinnamon and a hint of vanilla. My son eats them plain - no butter or syrup. My non-Celiac daughter and both kids' friends all love them.

Works fine for Belgian-style waffles.
