i went to a new gastro doc and he looked at past bloodwork and it said nothing about having a wheat allery. i am constantly bloated and constipated. i havent been able to go to the bathroom in over a week now.

he said that i could have an issue digesting wheat because i have an irritable bowel. does anyone else have symptoms or share similar experiences?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
