You know what I am going to say, enzymes, probiotics, marshmallow root, dandelion caps, Oregon Grape root or yellow dock.
In a real quick fix I use a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and chase with more water.
Yeah, I did the same thing with cheese. So many can use it but I can't either.
