Ever since my first good exposure to the sun this summer my candida symptoms have faded. My diet has been less than ideal yet the brain fog and lethargy are largely gone. I'm convinced that the sun exposure is covering the candida symptoms. With my diet there is no way that the candida isn't still present.

Could lack of sunshine be like heavy metal toxicity or lyme diease - in other words an underlying cause of candida? I still haven't confirmed the root cause of my candida.

Could be, I think there is still a lot being discovered as there is a renewed interest after the discovery that so many people are deficient.

"disorders Vitamin D deficiency could cause include heart disease, chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, hypertension, arthritis, depression, inflammatory bowel disease, obesity, PMS, Crohns Disease, cancer, MS and other autoimmune diseases."

Maybe it is inflammation of an autoimmune response rather than simply candida you are dealing with?? Just a thought.
