I've seen a few mentions of various supplements people say are helping them to heal and would like to hear what all you "experienced" Celiacs (laughing) have to say about this (as I am a newby). I have noted that there is a difference between the type of B12 you take (which I'll definitely take, since I have pins & needles sensations). My symptoms include(d) stomach and intestinal woes, so I was certainly thinking acidophillus might help.
Appreciate everyone's advice. I have an appointment with a dietician on Monday, but fear it will just be another "handout" preprinted by my medical insurance, listing foods I should avoid -- but not other constructive information (geez, am I jaded against medical plans and doctors?).

Im having some success with supplements. Read my signature. I also take sublingual and transdermal Methylcobalamin B12. I feel I am on the right path for me. Everyone is different.

Is the NEEM also an oil? I googled it, and find oils but also tea.

You dont want the oil for internal. You would want Neem Leaf Extract. This is the one I am using:
http://www.organixshop.com/neem-super-crit...co2-extrac.htmlOnly 1 little pill a day. I will say I get nervous taking new supplements. So I poked a hole in it and put a dot on my tongue the first day, then 2 dots, then 3. No reaction. I swallowed the pill.
I did have die off.....so be warned if you try it. You might feel worse before better for a few days. But after a week.....bloat ALL gone!! Even if I eat fruit after supper. No problem. Amazing for me. But like I said. Everyone is different. I cannot say it will work for you at all. I just share my experience.
