Hi everyone, Im Lynne, new here but not to celiac disease or dh. Ive got refractory sprue, question of collagenous sprue. I saw a new dr. today and am having a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy Mon morning along with a MAC but I cant remember what thats for. Ive been gluten-free for over 5 years now and make own flours and have a really limited diet due to other food allergies and intolerances but keep getting sick, every 20 minutes running to the bathroom, really hard to take care of my gang of 6 kids here especially homeschooling. I will share another time if anyones interested, about health problems the youngest one went through due to me not getting diagnosed til after she was born. Theyve got celiac disease and lots of food allergies too, fun cooking in this household! I look forward to exchanging info and encouragement with others. I love taking a favorite recipe and making it safe for us all! I can make pizelles (Italian lace cookies) and make them gluten, dairy, egg free and they taste really good too. Take care everyone. Lynne
