I stumbled upon this great site:

http://nutrition.whatfoods.com/nutrition/d...etable-products

I was looking for vegetables with the least starch. The entries on the right can help you with nutritional information on many foods. If you have low Ferritin for instance, you can click on the "Iron" and look at the different foods and their iron content. Diabetics can look at carbs and sugars. You can look at fructose content, starch content, fat, protein and a bizillion other things.

Check it out!

Thank you, I've booked marked it as well. Will have to look and see if my two main food groups are included.
