My husband and I are heading to Duluth, MN this weekend, and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for restaurants that are good for people on a gluten free diet?

My husband has a job interview in Duluth, and we a reconsidering moving there. So we also want to explore the food options to get a good idea of being a celiac there (there are only three restaurants I can eat at and enjoy where we currently live).
